Hermetic refrigeration pumps combine a centrifugal pump and a three-phase AC motor in a compact, sealless design. The hydraulic section is directly connected to the motor drive shaft, forming an integrated rotor assembly.

The design isolates the stator and rotor chambers and eliminates the need for conventional shaft seals. During operation, axial forces are hydraulically balanced while the internal circulation of the refrigerant contributes to bearing lubrication and motor cooling.

CNF and CAM series configurations are available for different refrigeration applications. Pump selection should be based on refrigerant, required capacity, pressure conditions and the hydraulic characteristics of the refrigeration system.
